When I started shooting 984356 photographer years ago, that’s 12 years in real time, throughout the years the biggest problem I had was finding an affordable studio space to rent. Not all sessions want to be outside. Being able to set a time/date for a session and not have to worry about weather, which is a huge thing down here. It wasn’t even finding the space, it was finding a space that was centrally located for myself and clients.

Well, the studio is now available to rent!!

There are 2 different areas to shoot; the back studio area and the natural light lobby area. Either area is large enough to photograph families. The natural light area is great for newborns (set up is already there) and you have use of props, wraps and backdrops.

The front natural light studio is great for families or having kids sitting on the neutral couch for some fun, cozy photos.

The studio area is set up with studio lighting and perfect for newborns, kids, small families, cake smashes, the list goes on. You have use of all the furniture/props in the studio but asked that you clean up after yourself and put furniture back if moved. You can also bring backdrops, props or anything else you’d like.

Studio rates are very reasonable.
There is a 2 hour minimum for $80 ($40/hourly)
1/2 day rental (4 hours) $140
Full day rental (8 hours) for $285

It’s a great centrally located spot from North Pinellas and South Pinellas, even just a hope across the bridge from Tampa.
