This session hit home for me. Internet…meet my first grandson Bennett <3 It’s a little obvious that I’d be the one to shoot his newborn session, also hit home for me. Watching your first born with his first born tears at the heart strings…a lot!

I’m not going to lie, he’s perfect but just like any other newborn session, it doesn’t always go as planned and we let him dictate that. Being wide awake for most of his session, the posed newborn session quickly moved into more of a lifestyle session. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, just had to switch gears.

There was one newborn pose that I knew I had to do with him and that was the Hot Wheels set up. My oldest has been big into cars for years, Bennett’s nursery has touches of a car theme so it was the one that I knew I had to get. This little one has no clue the life he was born into lol
